    • Multivitamins

    Use some external things

    Use of Moisturizer: Using moisturizer will help you to stay hydrated. You should use moisturizer if your lips are chapped dry. But before using any moisturizer you must ensure your moisturizer have the following elements.

    • Shea Butter
    • Emu Butter
    • Vitamin E Oil
    • Coconut oil

    Use Lip Balm: Lip balm is also a good option. If you are comfortable with lip balm use this for every two hours. It will be better if you use lip balm just after moisturizer. Must ensure that your lip balm has beeswax, petroleum or dimethicone.

    Use petroleum jelly: It is also a good idea. Vaseline is a petroleum jelly. It protects against the sun, that may dry and crack lips.

    Avoid irritants: Some allergies are also reason behind this. You need to take care of your lips against these allergies. The following may have allergic:

    • Your toothpaste
    • Your lipstick

    Avg heart rate for human adult “at rest” is 60-100 beats per minute. For minor or children this could be 70-120 beats per minute “at rest”.
    Physical activities will increase the number of your heart beat. Thus it is important for you to check your pulse rate when you are at rest.
